The Galloway Training Program uses a run/walk training method that minimizes injury and makes it possible for “mortals” to complete long distance events. Some of our group members have qualified for the Boston Marathon using this approach!

  1. Organized training runs each Saturday morning, August-January
  2. Pace groups for all levels
  3. Low mileage, run/walk plan = fewer injuries
  4. High success rate (98% stick with plan)
  5. Great people to keep you going
  6. Group support and camaraderie
  7. Lots of extras (clothing, subscriptions, clinics & more)
